I walk over and the desk person said she had to take the voucher to her manager in the back for the food discount to be added to my card. I go to get coffee and was told that I had to take the voucher back to the service desk (across the casino) and it will be redeemed on my card.
It may not be a lot but some free play and free coffee are nice. I logged in at the kiosk and 5$ was added to my card plus I got a food voucher for 5$ and a 25% discount voucher for the store. The benefits work but the process is a mess. I went there on the 4th for the Classic Rocker special, every Tuesday from 8-4 for those of us over 55.
